Afternoon shift commencing at 1pm and finishing at 5:30pm Monday to Friday needs your expertise.
To be successful in this role your background must be from within the relocations, removal or transport and logistics industries.  Perhaps you no long wish to be a removalist and can make the transition into the office side of the business easily.

A snapshot of your working day would be:

• Accepting inbound customer enquiries
• Providing advice to the potential customer, recording details and arranging an appointment for a quote
• Following the "formal" data capture process to assist in gathering all the necessary details for a quote
• Data entry - updating details, adding new information, confirming quotes etc
• Numeracy skills to quickly add the cost for the customer
• Checking the data entry correct prior to releasing any quotes to customers
• General office duties including overseeing OHS for the drivers
• Liaising with the drivers and labourers

This is a highly successful family owned business employing approximately 22 staff.  The booking/quoting system is easily understood but attention to details is paramount. If you have had previous removalist expereince especially quoting would be highly regarded.

This is an interesting, involving - more than simply customer service position where the right person will be rewarded extremely well.
