We are currently recruiting staff for a 3 month non ongoing assignment based in Moorabbin or Moreland. The position is onsite at a renowned government organisation. The role is inbound customer service based in a busy call centre dealing with a diverse range of customers. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday. The operating hours are between 7.50am and 5.20pm. Both Moreland and Moorabbin locations are easily accessible by public transportation and street parking is available. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a government work environment. - Ability to problem solve and deal with complex customer enquiries;
- Computer literacy (Windows) and intermediate keyboard skills;
- Willingness to work in a busy and challenging environment;
- Strong team skills
Call Centre experience is not essential however customer service experience will be viewed favourably. Training will be provided. Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
