Our client, a major Energy retailer, is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced BA/ Technical writers to join their Project team.
The purpose of this role is to define requirements and prepare documentation, such as Layout Requirements Documents, for system generated automated customer correspondence. The types of correspondence includes invoices, reminder notices and general system generated correspondence. The resource must be able to manage implementation of the changes including contributing to testing requirements and implementation needs.
